1 dog up to 50 lbs or 2 dogs up to 25 pounds each are allowed for a $250 fee. Contact me to pay. Monthly / Snowbirds: January and February are monthly only. The pool can be heated April, May and October for $250.00 per week, paid separately. Contact us after booking.
We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane. If you would like protection in case something else arises that may cause a change to your travel plans, we recommend you purchase independent travel insurance.

We hate goodbyes too, but our cleaning crew needs time to work their magic for the next guests. Checkout is at 10 AM sharp—think of it as your last chance to grab that morning coffee by the beach! Need extra time? Let us know ahead of schedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Feel free to stay up stargazing, laughing, or playing board games—just remember, quiet hours start at 10 PM for the sake of our neighbors.
